  • What is included

    We’ll begin in a supportive circle, then drop into the body through somatic practices that open receptivity and presence. You’ll be guided through sensual activation and into a free-movement dance journey with evocative music that invites your sexy, wild sides.

    We’ll close with integration and sharing so you leave with an embodied knowing of how to access these states of rapture in your daily life.

  • Releasing inhibitions

    You’ll be held in a safe, consent-based space where you can explore expressing sides of you that have perhaps been hidden or are waiting for their moment to shine. Together we will embrace the parts of ourselves that feel silly or shy, giving them space on the dance floor to be witnessed and held. Everything we do is an invitation and you’ll be guided to honour your body’s yes and no.
