    Together we will embrace the parts of ourselves that feel silly or shy, giving them space on the dance floor to be witnessed and held.

    Everything we do is an invitation and you’ll be guided to honour your body’s yes and no.

For more than a decade I’ve been guiding women to come home to their bodies, sensuality and power through yoga, movement and dance.

My passion is creating warm, supportive spaces for women to allow their innate sensuality and eroticism to shine.
