What is included
We’ll begin in a supportive circle, drop deep into the body with somatic practices that open the direct routes to pleasure, and move into guided sensual activation before flowing into a free movement dance journey.

Releasing inhibitions
You’ll be held in a safe, consent-based space where you can explore unleashing sides of you that have perhaps been hidden or are waiting for their moment to shine. Together we will embrace the parts of ourselves that feel silly or shy, giving them space on the dancefloor to be witnessed and held.

Embracing liberation
Expect sensual music that inspires you to unleash the wild woman within and a space that invites liberation, connection, & expansion. Come wearing something that makes you feel delicious - it’s an evening to celebrate your magic. You’ll leave feeling alive, magnetic and confident.
How to book
I’ve been reviewing my pricing for my workshops and decided that I want them all to be available on a sliding scale. In my body this feels like the right thing to do.
I want my events to be accessible and don’t want someone who could benefit from it not being able to join due to finances.
Please choose the pricing which relates to your financial reality, this is offered on a trust basis. If the prices are still out of reach, get in touch. Spaces are limited.
